Glycemic Foods Index

This is me at 210lb or 15 stone after taking Lithium (which slows metabolic rate) and being diagnosed with an under active Thyroid. My weight gain was as follows Nov 2007- October 2008 2 stone. Then my weight shot up 3 stone YES THREE STONE in a MONTH! I was 12.5 stone to start off. At heaviest I was 17 stone. I was a U.K size 6-8 before and I am now a 16 on my bottom and 14 on my top. I am 5′10/177.8 cm.
