if u pair cinnamon to high carb food like white bread does it help lower it down a few?
Cinnamon does not neccesarily lower blood sugar. I tried it, it had no impact. Some studies show that it can help a little bit, other studies show it has no effect.
Don’t rely on cinnamon to lower your blood sugar. See a doctor and get the proper medications. And stay away from white bread!

I know meat is but what about some fruits? I heard that some fruits are high in GI and GL but some are also low. What fruits particularly are low glycemic? Also i can’t have any bread because of the high GI, but just out of curiousty are there any breads that are low GI that i can consume?
A web search for "glycemic index tables" will give you various lists with GI values for different carbohydrate foods including various fruits and various breads.
Nuts, beans, peas and lentils have a very low GI index.
